Shipping Policy - We've Got Your Back!

At Chaser, we treasure you like gold and want your shopping experience to be nothing short of extraordinary. So, here's the lowdown on our shipping details:

Domestic Deliveries (United States):
We use the fantastic services of USPS for all our domestic ground deliveries. Need something out of the ordinary? We can make special arrangements for an additional fee. Just let us know!

Shipping Internationally:
Exciting news! Chaser now ships directly to countries outside of the USA. Please note that our current policy requires our awesome international customers to take care of any duties and taxes at checkout.

Domestic Free Shipping Offers*
For our beloved customers in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), we've got your back with FREE FedEx Ground shipping for orders above $75.00. That's right, free is the magic word!

Need your goodies a little faster? No problemo!  Contact us and we'll make it happen :)

Now, for orders below those awesome thresholds, we've got some standard shipping rates for you:

• USPS Ground: $5.00
• FREE USPS Ground:  Orders $75 and up
• FedEx 2-Day Air: $15
• FREE 2-DAY:  Orders $150 and up
• *Standard Overnight: $40 (not available at the moment, sorry!)

*at the moment, we do not offer free shipping for international orders.

Delivery Times:
We know you're eager to receive your Chaser goodies, so here's the scoop: With our standard ground shipping, deliveries usually take about 5 to 10 business days or less, unless stated otherwise*.

A few things to keep in mind:

• For USPS Ground and 2-Day shipping, any items purchased after 4:00pm PST will be shipped the following day.
• If you opt for Standard Overnight Shipping, make sure your order is processed before 3:00pm PST on Thursdays.
• Please note that any purchases made on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday. This applies to 2-Day shipping as well. We're flexible, so if you need special shipping arrangements, just reach out to your friendly customer rep.

One more thing: FedEx delivers only to physical addresses and does not ship to PO boxes. So, if you chose FedEx and provided a PO box as your shipping address, we won't be able to ship your order. But don't worry, our top-notch customer service team will contact you to sort things out. Just note - USPS does ship to PO Boxes :)

Sales:
During special sales events like Black Friday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th, we want to give you the heads up that due to high volume, orders may ship by the end of the following week. Rest assured, we're doing our best to get your Chaser treasures to you ASAP!
