Every Domestic order is good for (1) Free Domestic Return Label. The USPS Label must be used 15 days after your return request (the date your label was generated). Failing to ship within that window will result in the label being voided. Chaser's return form will provide additional labels, if necessary, at the customers expense, and will be deducted from the refund amount. We ship exchanges upon request. Chaser requires that all garment tags must be included with your return. Shipping charges at checkout are a one-time fee and not refundable.  This applies to Domestic and International orders.  Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible to return.

Orders placed Monday - Friday after 2PM PST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday after 2PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

Domestic orders over $75 receive free ground shipping and over $150 free 2-day air.

Orders below $75 will incur a ground shipping fee of $10.00.

Rate for 2-day air is $15.00.

chaserbrand.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on chaserbrand.com, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive delivery confirmation of your order, yet you have not received your package, immediately contact web@chaserbrand.com for assistance recovering your order.

chaserbrand.com offers a generous loyalty, rewards and referal program.
