Domestic Deliveries (United States):
We use the fantastic services of FedEx for all our domestic deliveries. Need something out of the ordinary? We can make special arrangements for an additional fee. Just let us know!

Shipping to Canada:
Exciting news! Chaser now ships directly to Canada. Please note that our current policy requires our awesome Canadian customers to take care of any duties and taxes.

Free Shipping Offers:
For our beloved customers in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), we've got your back with FREE FedEx Ground shipping for orders above $75.00. That's right, free is the magic word!

Our friends up north in Canada can enjoy FREE FedEx Ground shipping for orders above $125USD. Let the good times roll!

Need your goodies a little faster? No problemo! For orders $150.00 and above in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), we offer FREE FedEx 2-Day Air shipping. Fast and fabulous!

Now, for orders below those awesome thresholds, we've got some standard shipping rates for you:

  • FedEx Ground: $10.00
  • FREE FedEx 2-Day Air: $15.00
  • *Standard Overnight: $40.00 (not available at the moment, sorry!)
  • Standard to Canada: $25.00
  • Priority to Canada: $65.00

Delivery Times:
We know you're eager to receive your Chaser goodies, so here's the scoop: With our standard ground shipping, deliveries usually take about 5 to 10 business days or less, unless stated otherwise*.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • For FedEx Ground and 2-Day shipping, any items purchased after 4:00pm PST will be shipped the following day.
  • If you opt for Standard Overnight Shipping, make sure your order is processed before 3:00pm PST on Thursdays.
  • Please note that any purchases made on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday. This applies to 2-Day shipping as well. We're flexible, so if you need special shipping arrangements, just reach out to your friendly customer rep.
  • See below for sale info!

One more thing: FedEx delivers only to physical addresses and does not ship to PO boxes. So, if you provide a PO box as your shipping address, we won't be able to ship your order. But don't worry, our top-notch customer service team will contact you to sort things out.

Sales:
During special sales events like Black Friday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th, we want to give you the heads up that due to high volume, orders may ship by the end of the following week. Rest assured, we're doing our best to get your Chaser treasures to you ASAP!
