Domestic Shipping Policy

Chaser values our customers dearly and want to make sure you have an exceptional shopping experience with Chaser.

Chaser Brand uses USPS for it's domestic deliveries. Other arrangements can be made for additional fee's.

Chaser is now shipping direct to Canada and other countries worldwide. Our current policy is for International Customers to pay for shipping with duties/taxes at checkout.

FREE USPS GROUND within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) is available for orders above $75.00; otherwise the standard rate is $10.00. Deliveries should take (3-5) business days or less using standard ground, unless noted otherwise*.

For FedEx Ground and 2-day -  items that are purchased after 4:00pm PST we aim to ship the following day.

For Standard Overnight Shipping - orders need to be processed before Thursdays, 3pm PST.

RATES:

USPS Ground: $10.00

FREE USPS Ground:  Orders $75 and above

FedEx 2-Day Air: $15.00

FREE 2-Day Air: $100 and above

Items that are purchased anytime on Saturday's and Sunday's are projected to ship the following Monday. This includes (2)-Day shipping; special shipping arrangements can be made and agreed upon between you and your customer rep.

Please note that FEDEX delivers to physical addresses only and does not deliver to PO's.  Orders that have a PO for a shipping address will not be shipped and you will be contacted by customer service. For the record, USPS does ship to PO Boxes.

SALES

Due to high volume, orders for special sales (ie/Black Friday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th) will ship by end of following week.

International Shipping Policy

Chaserbrand.com has recently opened up our channels to the UK, Germany, France, Israel, Netherlands, Spain, UAE, Australia, New Zealand and beyond.  We ship via DHL.

The rates are determined at checkout.

Customer assumes all duties and tariffs at checkout.

As of now, our free shipping offer is for customers from the United States only.
